What Can Be Returned:
- Unused yarn or supplies in resellable condition
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
What Cannot Be Returned:
- Yarn or items that has been used, wound, or washed
- Final sale or clearance items
Important Notes:
- You may open the bag or box to check color or texture — light handling is okay
- Please ensure the yarn is not used or altered before returning
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. You’ll get a confirmation email once it’s processed.
